Hi! María José (Majo) here.

I'm a writer, speaker, and coach focused on women's creative leadership, based in the world of design, tech, and nature in the San Francisco, Bay Area.  I help multi-passionate, professional women become the leaders the world needs, instead of the “good girls” the world wants.

I made a Creative Confidence Playbook to help women like you identify what’s holding them back. I host a podcast called Heroine featuring some badasses in creative fields, and I also coach women privately and in groups. On my blog, you can find wisdom articles on a range of things from career and material livelihood to spirituality, creativity, and wellbeing. Official bio and headshot below.
